About Senator Curtis

Senator David Curtis is in his first term  as a member of the Senate of North Carolina where he was elected in November 2012.  Prior to being elected to the NC Senate, Senator Curtis served as the vice chairman of the Lincoln County Republican Executive Committee. Senator Curtis served in the United States Air Force and founded Carolina Eye Care in Lincoln County after being honorably discharged.

Senator Curtis is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and Southern College of Optometry where he received a Doctorate in Optometry. He and his wife Rachel Ann have three children and four grandchildren.
